| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Milk powder is obtained by evaporation and drying of milk on the spray tower. APPLICATIONS Mainly dairy industry, UHT milk, yoghurt, cheese, chocolate industry, the production of ice cream, confectionery industry, bakery and other food industry. FEATURES AND BENEFITS Extensive use throughout the food industry. PACKING Four-layer paper bag with polythene inner bag, 25 kg net. SHELF LIFE Skim Milk min. 12 months from the date of production; Full Milk min. 6 months from the date of production. STORAGE CONDITIONS Product must be stored in dry and cool place at temperatures below 20 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%. |
