PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Acid casein obtained from coagulation of casein from skimmed milk under
the influence of acid whey .
Sodium and calcium caseinate produced by the extrusion of acid casein
and processing at 135 degrees C for 15 seconds .
 
APPLICATIONS 
Enriching the nutritional value of food, ingredient in dietary products and functional
additive in the following industries : 
meat ,confectionery, bakery , produce food concentrates ,hard and processed cheese,
dairy products ,pharmacy ,nutritional products ,dietary supplements for infants
and athletes, coffee whiteners
